Dean'S Hot Dog Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 jumbo onions
3 lb. fresh ground beef
2 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation

Peel and chop onions. In large pot, cover onions with water and boil until onions are soft and mushy. Mix in ground beef, stirring to separate. Add more water, if necessary. Heat until meat is gray. Add tomatoes, mashing with spoon; then add salt, pepper and chili powder. Cook over low heat until thick, stirring often. Skim off excess fat.
