Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 pkg. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
diced ham, sausage or bacon
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt (optional)
Preparation

Press potatoes into greased quiche dish to form crust. Pour butter over potatoes. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Fill crust with cheese and meat. Combine milk and eggs. Beat well and pour over cheese and meat. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until knife tip inserted in center comes out clean.
