Corn Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 qt. cut corn
1 qt. chopped cabbage
1 c. chopped red peppers
1 c. chopped green peppers
1 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. celery seed
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. turmeric
2 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. mustard seed
1 c. water
1 qt. vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 c. sugar
4 c. water
4 c. strong vinegar
2 tsp. cloves
2 tsp. allspice
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
-
Bring to boil, pour over beets and boil 10 minutes.
Pack into sterilized jars and seal.
No salt.
Makes 12 pints.
