Coconut Prize Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Duncan Hines coconut surprise cake mix
    4 eggs
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. Crisco oil
    1 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients in a large bowl, then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
    Bake in a greased and floured tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes or until cake springs back when touched lightly.
    Cool for 15 minutes right side up.
    Remove from pan.
