Low Carb Mashed "Potatoes" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cauliflower florets
    1 oz. butter or margarine
    1 oz. fat-free half and half (optional)
    Pinch salt
    Pinch black pepper
Preparation
    Steam or microwave the cauliflower until soft. Puree in food processor adding the butter and half & half to taste. Season with salt and pepper.
    This has 5 grams carbohydrates.
