Seafood Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. pasta (penne is nice)
    8 oz. red wine vinegar
    8 oz. olive oil
    fresh black pepper and salt to taste
    2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 bunch fresh chopped basil
    2 pt. cherry tomato halves
    3/4 lb. crab meat, cooked
    2 1/2 lb. shrimp (36 to 40 count), cooked and peeled
Preparation
    Cook pasta until tender.
    Drain.
    Shake together vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese.
    Mix together remaining ingredients; add pasta and pour dressing over, tossing to coat.
    Chill.
