Frosty Lemon Supreme(Healthful Eating) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. crushed graham cracker crumbs
    2 egg whites
    1/3 c. very cold water
    1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
    1 egg yolk
    1 tsp. grated lemon zest
    1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
    1/4 c. granulated sugar
Preparation
    Line a 9-inch pie plate with 1/4 cup of the graham cracker crumbs.
    Beat egg whites, water and milk to stiff peaks.
    Add egg yolks, lemon zest and lemon juice; beat 1 minute, gradually adding sugar.
    Spoon into pie plate.
    Sprinkle remaining crumbs over top. Freeze at least 2 hours.
