Pineapple Cocktail Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1 c. (10 oz. jar) red cherry jelly or preserves
    1/4 c. ketchup
    3 whole cloves
    1 stick cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce (optional)
    1/2 to 1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 to 1 lb. Vienna sausages
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and save syrup.
    Combine the syrup with the jelly or preserves, ketchup, cloves, cinnamon and salt.
    Heat to boiling.
