Maw, Maw Rene'S Banana Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 1/4 c. milk
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
24 vanilla wafers (plain butter cookies are also very good)
2 c. sliced bananas

Preparation

Combine cream cheese and 1/2 cup milk, beating on low speed until well blended.
Add remaining milk and pudding mix.
Beat on low speed 1 minute.
Layer wafers, bananas and pudding mix until all used, ending with top layer of pudding.
Cover with a layer of Dream Whip.
Serves 8 to 10.
