Sweet And Sour Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 bacon slices, pan-fried until crisp, drained and crumbled
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    2 (15 oz.) cans butter beans, drained
    1 can dark red kidney beans, drained
    2 to 4 large onions, peeled and cut in rings
    3/4 to 1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1 can green lima beans, drained
    1 (1 lb. 11 oz.) can New England-style baked beans, undrained
Preparation
    Place onions in skillet; add sugar, mustard, garlic salt, salt and vinegar.
    Cook 20 minutes, covered.
    Add onion mixture to beans.
    Add bacon.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 12.
    This fills a 3-quart casserole.
