Glazed Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. minced onion
1 small green pepper, chopped
3 Tbsp. tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. horseradish
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, egg, onion, 2 tablespoons tomato sauce, horseradish, salt and pepper. Mix well. Put in loaf pan. Combine remaining ingredients and spread over meat loaf. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
