Oatmeal Raisin Spice Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Pillsbury moist applesauce spice cake mix
2/3 c. shortening
2 eggs
1/2 c. water
2 c. Quick cooking rolled oats
1 c. raisins

Preparation

Combine cake mix, shortening, eggs and water in a large bowl; blend
thoroughly.
Stir
in oats and raisins.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls
onto
ungreased
cookie sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
