Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3 boneless chicken breast halves
    dash of garlic salt
    1 c. broccoli flowerets
    1 c. bell pepper slices
    1 c. carrot slices
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger (optional)
Preparation
    Heat oil over high heat.
    Add dash of garlic salt.
    Cut chicken in strips; add to oil.
    Cook for 3 minutes.
    Add vegetables; stir-fry 3 more minutes.
    Reduce heat; stir in the remaining ingredients.
    Cook 1 to 2 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
