Aunt Fanny'S Cabin Baked Squash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. summer squash
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. cracker meal or bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Wash and cut up squash. Boil until tender. Drain thoroughly. Then mash. Add all ingredients, except 1/2 of the margarine. Melt remaining margarine. Pour mixture in baking dish, then spread melted margarine over top and sprinkle with cracker meal or bread crumbs. Bake in 375\u00b0 oven approximately 1 hour or until brown on top and set.
