Ham Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

canned biscuits

Make your noodle dough.
Roll it out.
Make stuffing out of chopped meat, onions, salt, pepper, eggs, parsley and spinach. Cover half of noodle layer with stuffing, then put second half on it.
Take wooden board and press quarters by using edge of board, but do softly so stuffing moves and forms pillows (each about 6 x 6 cm) and the two noodles layers meet and glue.
Then separate pillows from one another with a knife and cook in a broth for 15 minutes.
Serve it in broth or with potato salad and green salad.
