Angel Amanda Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. self-rising flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    1 tsp. soda
    2 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Cut in shortening.
    Stir in yeast and buttermilk. Roll and cut.
    Bake at 450\u00b0.
    Will keep in refrigerator for 1 week.
