Ingredients

1 lb. Owens hot sausage
1 small bell pepper, chopped
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 chopped onion
1 to 2 ribs chopped celery
wheat bread
Preparation

Crumble sausage and brown with onion, bell pepper and celery. Add cheese.
Spread on small slices of wheat bread.
Bake until bubbly.
