Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. cocoa
2 egg yolks
2 c. milk
pinch of salt
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (9-inch) pie shell (baked)
2 egg whites
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, salt and cocoa in double boiler. Pour enough milk to mix.
Add egg yolks.
Stir in rest of milk and cook until mixture is thick.
Remove from heat.
Add butter and vanilla. Pour in pie shell. Top with meringue, if desired.
