Hummus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. can chickpeas, drained
    1/2 c. tahini (sesame seed paste)
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    2 to 3 cloves garlic
    salt
    paprika
Preparation
    Put all ingredients except salt and paprika in a blender or food processor and puree.
    Season with salt.
    Garnish with paprika.
    Serve with pita bread.
    Makes about 3 cups.
