Fresh Apple Or Pear Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    3 c. flour
    3 c. chopped apple
    1 1/2 to 2 c. chopped pecans
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Combine sugar, oil, vanilla, eggs, lemon juice and salt in a mixing bowl.
    Beat well.
    Mix
    flour
    and
    soda;
    add
    to first mixture and beat
    well
    again.
    Add
    apples
    and pecans. Mix well. Grease and dust Bundt pan with flour.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
