Rice With Beans And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown rice, cooked
    2 c. cooked black beans
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. canned chilies, chopped
    1/2 lb. Jack cheese, shredded
    1/2 lb. Ricotta cheese, thinned slightly with milk
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Mix rice, beans, garlic, onion and chilies.
    Layer this mixture alternately in a greased casserole with Jack and Ricotta cheese, ending with rice mixture.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
    During last few minutes of baking, sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese over top.
    Serves 6 to 8.
