Iowa Summer Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
1 c. cold water
1 Tbsp. mustard seed
1 1/4 Tbsp. coarse pepper (optional)
Preparation

Mix together thoroughly all ingredients; chill overnight. Flour hands and shape mixture into roll; wrap in foil and place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Refrigerate or can be frozen.
