Hamburger Subs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 stick margarine
1 (4 oz.) Ranch dressing mix
1 pkg. sub rolls
Preparation

Brown hamburger. Add cheese, 1/2 stick of margarine and 1/2 package of dressing mix. Split the sub rolls across and scoop out the inside of the cut rolls. Cut the pieces of bread that were scooped out into small pieces and add this to the hamburger mixture. Stuff the rolls with the mixture and put on a baking pan. Melt the other 1/2 stick of margarine and add to the rest of the Ranch dressing mix. Pour this over the rolls and bake until light brown.
