Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes, peeled
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. shredded Velveeta cheese
    1 small onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Slice potatoes and onions thin and place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Mix mushroom soup with milk.
    Pour over potatoes and onion.
    Sprinkle cheese over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
    Serves 6.
