Ham Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
6 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. chicken broth
1 pkg. frozen peas, thawed and drained
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
6 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. milk
4 c. cubed ham
1 egg, beaten
1 c. shredded cheese
4 c. mashed potatoes
Preparation

Drop by spoonfuls onto mixture.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
