Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 c. assorted fresh vegetables (carrots, cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, onion, broccoli, cucumber, green beans, etc.)
Preparation
    Mix the first six ingredients.
    Place cut up vegetables in 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish.
    Pour sauce over vegetables and mix.
    Cover and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
