Crawfish Fettucini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 onions
    3 stalks celery
    1 sweet pepper
    1 c. butter
    4 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 lb. crawfish
    green onions
    3 Tbsp. parsley
    garlic
    1 pt. milk
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/4 lb. mild Mexican Velveeta cheese
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute onions, celery, bell pepper and garlic in butter.
    Cover pot; stir occasionally.
    Add flour.
    Cook 10 minutes and stir. Add parsley, green onions and crawfish.
    Cook 10 minutes.
    Stir. Add milk slowly, then add Velveeta cheese.
    Cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
    Season to taste.
    Serve over noodles and add Parmesan.
