Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
6 Tbsp. chili powder
cayenne to taste
salt to taste
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. chopped green onions
2 ribs celery, chopped
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Brown meat in cast-iron pot; drain well and return to stove. Add tomato sauce and 1 1/2 cups water; simmer.
Add chili powder and all herbs.
Mix well and allow to cook for about 10 minutes. Add salt and cayenne pepper to taste; allow to simmer until thick. Add sugar and cook for few minutes longer.
Serves 10 to 12 people.
