Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans chicken broth
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. tortellini
    1 bunch spinach, cleaned and stemmed
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Bring broth to a boil.
    Add tortellini and cook to package directions (about 4 minutes).
    Add spinach and cook 2 to 3 minutes.
    Serve immediately in heated bowls sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
    Serve with crusty bread and butter.
    Serves 2 or 3 as a main course or 6 as an appetizer.
