Gourmet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium cooked potatoes, cooked in skins and cooled
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. butter or oleo
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. chopped green onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Peel and shred cool potatoes coarsely.
Melt butter over low heat.
Add cheese and stir until melted slightly.
Fold into potatoes with remaining ingredients.
Turn into casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake for about 25 minutes or until bubbly.
