Cheesy Potatoes(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large potatoes
    1 large onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. hot tap water
    1 tsp. minced parsley
    2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
    1/4 c. shredded sharp cheese
Preparation
    If potatoes are nice, no need to peel.
    Slice potatoes and onions and layer in casserole.
    Sprinkle with a little salt, if desired.
    Dot top with butter.
    Mix hot water with bouillon and pour over top.
    Cover and microwave on High for 17 to 20 minutes, until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
    Uncover, sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
    Recover, microwave 1 to 2 minutes longer.
