Mexican Fruitcake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
2 beaten eggs
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients.
Add pineapple and eggs.
Mix with mixer about 2 minutes.
Add pecans.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch loaf pan greased and floured.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
