Ingredients

3 lb. chicken, cut up
5 Tbsp. vegetable oil
4 shallots, chopped
1 c. cranberry vinegar
4 Tbsp. cranberry jello
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

In oven proof skillet, heat oil and lightly brown all the chicken.
Cover and bake in preheated 425\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes. Place chicken on platter.
Keep warm.
Saute shallots in same pan. Deglaze pan with vinegar, whisk in cranberry jelly and butter. Serve over chicken.
