Shoney'S Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. water
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch or 6 Tbsp. flour
4 Tbsp. strawberry jello (powder)
1 tsp. red food coloring
1 pt. fresh strawberries (unsweetened)
Cool Whip topping

Preparation

Boil for 3 minutes.
Let cool.
Cut up strawberries.
Put in baked pie shell.
Pour mixture over strawberries.
Top with Cool Whip.
