Spicy Oven Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes, peeled or unpeeled
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Wash potatoes; cut into wedges or 3/4-inch chunk slices. Drain.
    Place in a bowl; sprinkle with oil and toss lightly. Combine spices and cheese.
    In a separate bowl, put half of the potatoes in.
    Sprinkle half of the spice mixture over and toss lightly.
    After placing these potatoes in a single layer on a lightly oiled 10 x 15-inch pan, sprinkle spices over the remaining potatoes.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 to 450\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
