Chicken Dijon(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (4 oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. Dijon mustard
    6 Tbsp. plain nonfat yogurt
    6 Tbsp. nonfat sour cream
    3 oz. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    Mix mustard, yogurt and sour cream in a bowl.
    Dip chicken in mixture and cover with mixture.
    Place dipped chicken breasts in baking pan.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 4 servings.
