Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. long grain rice
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    4 c. water
    1 small can Hunt's tomato sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    oil
Preparation
    Brown rice in oil until golden brown.
    Add onion and garlic. Saute.
    Next add tomato sauce, water, salt and pepper.
    Bring to a boil, then lower to the lowest heat possible for 20 minutes. Turn off heat and keep covered for 10 to 15 minutes.
