Lemon Melts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1/3 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. cornstarch
1 c. plus 1 tsp. self-rising flour
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Cream butter and gradually add dry ingredients.
Mix and chill 1 hour.
Roll into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Press with finger.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
