Green Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef sirloin steak, cut in strips
    1 large green pepper, cut in strips
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can French onion soup
    5 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook beef and green peppers in electric skillet until done. Add both cans of soup, water and soy sauce. Stir until celery soup is thinned out. Simmer. Pour over rice.
