Ruben Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) jar sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. parsley
    2 Tbsp. caraway seed
    4 c. Swiss cheese, shredded and divided
    1 1/3 c. Thousand Island dressing, divided
    1 lb. can corned beef, sliced thin
    6 slices rye bread, cut in one inch cubes
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine kraut, onion, parsley and seed in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Top with 2 cups cheese and 2/3 cup dressing.
    Layer beef slices. Add rest of cheese and dressing.
    Toss bread cubes with margarine and spread on top.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
