Egg Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cabbage
    1/2 lb. lean meat
    2 oz. bamboo shoots
    3 oz. mushrooms
    7 Tbsp. water
    1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    m.s.g.
    salt
Preparation
    Place ingredients in springroll shells according to package diagram.
    Deep fry with temperature of 140\u00b0 to 150\u00b0.
    Turn on both sides, ready when golden brown in color.
    Blot excess oil before serving.
