Summer Blt Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices cooked crisp and crumbled bacon
    1 c. sour cream
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 cup seeded tomatoes (chopped)
    Reserve 1 tsp. bacon for garnish
Preparation
    Combine bacon, sour cream, mayonnaises and tomatoes in med. bowl. Stir until blended. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour to blend favors. Can be prepared up to 3 hours in advance.
    To serve spoon in small bowl or a hollowed out tomato. Place on lettuce leaves or serving plate surrounded by
    Keebler Town House crackers. Serve with bacon and parsley over spread.
