Chicken Continental - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. fryer, cooked and deboned
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 large onion, diced
1 c. chopped celery
4 Tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) Cheez Whiz
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
Preparation

Cook broccoli and set aside.
Saute onion and celery in butter.
Add soup and heat.
Then add Cheez Whiz.
Add cooked rice and salt and pepper to taste (and dash of Tabasco, if desired). Layer chicken, broccoli and rice mixture in casserole dish.
Top with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot, 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 6.
