Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 oz. red food coloring
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Use 3 small or 2 large pans.
    Cream together margarine, eggs, sugar and red food coloring.
    Sift together cocoa, flour, salt and cinnamon.
    Have buttermilk and vanilla ready.
    Mix all ingredients, alternating 3 mixtures, until all are used and mixture is smooth and velvety.
    Stir in vinegar and soda.
    Pour into prepared pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes and test for doneness.
    Cake is bright red.
    Serves 24.
