Orange Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
3/4 c. dark corn syrup
2 oranges, pureed (2/3 c.)
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
1 c. pecans
1 unbaked (9-inch) pastry shell
Preparation

Beat eggs in large bowl; stir in remaining ingredients except pastry shell.
Pour into pastry shell.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and continue to bake 35 to 45 minutes longer.
Filling will be moist in center.
Cool.
This kitchen-tested recipe makes 6 to 8 servings.
