Parmesan Potato Rounds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    6 medium potatoes, sliced into 4 rounds
    Italian seasoning to taste
Preparation
    Pour melted butter into jelly roll pan.
    Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in plastic bag.
    Drop in potato slices; shake to coat with flour mixture.
    Place in a single layer over the butter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
    Turn slices; sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
    Bake 30 minutes more, or until tender.
