Diabetic Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into eighths
    1 small onion into eighths
    1 c. skim milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, onion, water and salt in saucepan.
    Cover and boil until potatoes are done, about 20 minutes.
    Then add milk and margarine and pepper.
    Heat for 5 minutes until hot.
