Rotini Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. (1/2 pkg.) Hogdson Mill rotini
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 c. black olives, drained and sliced
3 c. fresh broccoli, chopped
1/2 c. saffron or safflower oil
1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 c. diced cheese
2 c. red grapes
celery, chopped (optional)
1/3 c. tarragon vinegar
Preparation

In a bowl, blend together the oil, vinegar and Italian dressing.
In a large bowl, combine other ingredients.
Stir. Pour dressing over and stir.
Chill.
Keeps good in refrigerator. May add other vegetables such as onions, carrot slices, cauliflower, etc.
