Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    nutmeg to taste
Preparation
    Add sugar, salt and milk to beaten eggs; mix.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Sprinkle nutmeg over the mixture and bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Turn oven temperature down to 325\u00b0 and bake until done.
