Sopaipillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. all-purpose flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. evaporated milk
    powdered sugar
    honey
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
    Add milk.
    Knead the dough until it has a rubbery texture.
    Roll it out on a lightly floured surface until it is 1/2-inch thick.
    Cut into squares.
    Fry in oil until brown.
    They will puff up and cook quickly.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Dust with powdered sugar and serve with honey, if desired.
